ESN board meeting

The well known student organization ESN (Erasmus Student Network) celebrated this week its annual meeting in Budapest where the board members where welcomed by the Hungarian President, Pál Schmitt.

ESN has played a role of importance during the last years in promoting students international mobility. This Annual General Meeting (AGM) took place in Budapest coinciding with the European Presidency that Hungary is holding this semester.

The new board members were elected throughout the meeting and will take office in Brussels for one year, according to the press release published by the organization.
 
The organization promotes student mobility giving a special priority on increasing the amount of student that can benefit from them. They publish an annual survey highlighting the improvements needed in mobility programms. This month ESN will publish the results fo a study focused on studies recognition in Europe.
