Somos un chico y una chica estudiantes de 22 años, fumadores que buscamos estudiante ERASMUS para compartir piso durante un curso.
El piso es muy céntrico, en el barrio del Raval, con el metro y autobuses muy cerca. Tiene 3 habitaciones, 1 baño, cocina con vitrocerámica, TV, teléfono, conexión a internet wifi, etc. La habitación es doble y está totalmente amueblada. Buscamos a una persona limpia y ordenada que tenga ganas de vivir con españoles. El alquiler son 425€ al mes con gastos de comunidad, teléfono e internet incluidos. We are looking for a clean and tidy boy or girl that wants to live with spanish people. The rent is 425€ per month with community, phone and Internet taxes included.
