Seeking a new tenant for a 2 room apartment at fredensgade, Horsens. Its near the park and very central placed in Horsens. Neighbourhod and neighbors are very quiet. Size is 54 m2 and consist of: Good size bedroom Good size Living room at the front door. The kitchen is big and it is possible for two people to eat their food out there. Bathroom is a good size. Not to big and not to small. New fridge Modern oven and stove Free access to washing machine, tumbler and drying room. A storage room. The lease is 3850 kr. but worth the money. Deposit is 10.000.
