295€/month There are 2 rooms to rent in my house at Rua de Camões, in Oporto, 2 minutes of the Trindade's Metro Station. They are available right now and cost 295€/month EACH with ALL EXPENSES INCLUDED. Usually, one person per room. The house is from the 50's, it was restored a few years ago and it is fully equipped (1/2 fridge/freezer per capita, oven, washing machine, microwave, etc.). All expenses included - water, electricity, fast wireless internet (24MB) and a cleaning lady 3 hours per week (who cleans only common rooms - stairs, corridors, dining room, kitchen - and the bathrooms). The rooms are fully furnished with furniture to debut (double bed, desk, etc.). The house itself is on the second floor and both of the rooms to rent in the third floor - to their exclusive use. One of the rooms has a private bathroom and a nice balcony, the other, without private bathroom but with a second division attached to the room (like a working studio, with a amazing light). On the ground floor, of common use, there is a pleasant garden, with approximately 40m2 wich is already equipped for family gastronomic events. There are more photos available upon request. |
